A Prayer: Lord God, Keep The Israelis In Israel

My daughter is just about through with her training as an Army translator for Standard Arabic. She spent almost a year at American University in Cairo and traveled to other countries while there. Her younger sister joined her twice, once for a week in Egypt (interrupted by a severe case of food poisoning - there are a paucity of health regulatory agencies in Egypt) and then six months later another week in Israel.

They both can't wait to get back to visit Israel and want my wife and I to go with them. Neither wants to step foot in Egypt ever again. My younger daughter actually cried upon landing in Boston after flying home from Egypt - she was so glad to be back in the US.

As my Army daughter says, the Egyptians have had Egypt for over three thousand five hundred years and it is a smelly shithole. The Israelis have had Israel for sixty years and it is a garden.

Helen Thomas obviously wants Palestine to remain a rat infested shithole because wherever the Jews land, things flourish. Wherever Palestinians go, a shithole emerges surrounded by eruptions of death and violence.

For a more graphic comparison, look at the Google image below of southern Israel and the Gaza Strip. Guess which side is Gaza.

The blue area is obviously the Mediterrean Sea. The green rectangles and circles are in Israel. You see the same land formations while flying over America's Mid West. These are farms.

The sandy gray rubble is Gaza. The US pours almost a half billion dollars a year into Gaza and the West Bank. Other nations pour additional hundreds of millions of dollars.

From The Congressional Research Service:

Since the signing of the Oslo Accord in 1993 and the establishment of limited Palestinian self rule in the West Bank and Gaza Strip in 1994, the U.S. government has committed over $3.5 billion in bilateral assistance to the Palestinians. Since the death of Yasser Arafat in November 2004, U.S. assistance to the Palestinians has been averaging about $400 million a year.

During the 1990s, U.S. foreign aid to the Palestinians averaged approximately $75 million per year. Despite more robust levels of assistance this decade, Israeli-Palestinian conflict and Hamas’s heightened role in Palestinian politics have made it more difficult to implement effective and lasting aid projects that serve U.S. interests.

Palestinian leaders basically steal this money and use it to stay in power. Arafat had over a hundred million dollars in his private bank accounts - that is the reason for all the confusion surrounding his death: his wife and other arab ghouls were fighting over the cash.

And you wonder how they afford all those thousands of rockets they fire at the Israelis?

I guess Helen Thomas hates green.

Dress Rehearsal?

Scriptures are replete with dire warnings of the Last Days when a world united under the Anti-Christ will attack Israel and current events always follow in the footprints of Scriptural prophesy.

It does not surprise me that immediately after Israel uses necessary and sufficient physical force to protect its borders from terrorists we see carefully orchestrated choruses of international outrage bellowing for Israel's head on a platter.
As we approach the End Days we will see more and more of this for Israel is the canary in the mineshaft vis a' vis the end of God's patience with Man. It will culminate at Megiddo - Armageddon.
In a Jerusalem Post article we read that the Turkish navy may be preparing to accompany new elements of the terrorist flotilla approaching Gaza. It is not likely that this will be a flash point for a war, but it is a harbinger of worse things to come. Israel's enemies are emboldened by the weakness of the West and the duplicity of Obama and his leftist cronies. But this is in God's will, and we should not be dismayed.

Interesting Times

There's said to be an old Chinese curse that goes something like this:

"May You Live In Interesting Times."

Things sure have been interesting for the past few weeks and our interest has certainly been peaked again by the recent events near Baengnyeong Island, controlled by South Korea. Reports are that a North Korean naval vessel torpedoed or otherwise sank a South Korean naval vessel with significant loss of life.

SEOUL, March 27 (Reuters) - A South Korean naval ship sank near the disputed maritime border with North Korea, killing some of the more than 100 crew on board, but officials played down suggestions that it may have been attacked by the North.

A defence ministry official later said that the unidentified object the vessel had fired at on Friday night near the western sea border that divides the two Koreas may well have been a flock of birds.

Initial fears that North Korea might be to blame caused ripples on Wall Street, where share prices dipped partly on geopolitical concerns, and the South Korean won dropped against the dollar.

"It is premature to discuss the cause of this sinking," presidential Blue House spokeswoman Kim Eun-hye told Reuters early on Saturday.

"It is not clear whether North Korea was involved."

[...]The defence ministry said 58 of the 104 on board had been rescued and Yonhap quoted navy officials as saying several had died.

"An unidentified reason caused a hole in the ship, which led to its sinking. Currently 58 have been rescued out of the total 104 on board. Rescue efforts are under way," the ministry said.

[...]The ship sank near the disputed Yellow Sea border off the west coast of the peninsula which was the scene of two deadly naval fights between the rival Koreas in the past decade.

Due to some unidentified reason, the ship sprung a big ass hole and rapidly sank, killing nearly half its crew. Did someone leave the ship's zipper open? We'd like to know.
In more unsettling developments, an excursion of Israeli tanks into Gaza was sparked by violent attacks initiated by Palestinians.

Israeli tanks advanced into the Gaza Strip on Friday after the worst clash with Palestinian fighters in 14 months killed two on each side, and Palestinian sources reported fresh casualties in the fighting.

They said five Israeli tanks and two armoured bulldozers advanced, firing, towards the town of Khan Younis in the centre of the narrow coastal enclave.

The Gaza-base militant group Popular Resistance Committees said one of its fighters was critically wounded by tank shelling east of the town. Palestinian sources reported Israeli helicopters and unmanned military drones in the skies.

And why are things getting so interesting?

My two cents worth: The United States is not only perceived as weak and ineffective under Obama, it is also seen as evil. The scum of the earth see Obama as a friend, an enabler. He shares the same goals as they do and through his inaction, tacitly approves of their goals.

North Korea is on the ropes economically. The maniac in charge needs to divert attention away from his failures. Obama is certainly not going to stop him.

The sinking comes as the impoverished North has become increasingly frustrated by its wealthy neighbour, which has given the cold-shoulder to recent attempts to reopen a lucrative tourist business on the northern side of the Cold War's last frontier.

It also coincides with mounting pressure on Pyongyang to end a more than one-year boycott of international talks to end its efforts to build a nuclear arsenal.

There has been widespread speculation that North Korea's iron ruler, Kim Jong-il, was about to visit China, his only significant ally and on which he has depended almost entirely for economic aid after a new conservative government in Seoul effectively ended years of free-flowing assistance.

So Kim Jong-il plays the slap-tickle-shoot the pickle routine and waits for his sugar daddy to hand him the keys to the T-Bird for the weekend and some walking money.

Within the past week, Gaza trailer park trash witnessed the big dis handed to the Israeli leadership by Biden (locally) and Obama (in Washington). The world knows that though the IDF is one of the world's most efficient and effective fighting forces; the big stick they wield is the support of the USA. Without that, the nation of Israel is vulnerable.

By the actions of this administration, an "Open Jooooo Season" sign has been posted on Israel's borders, courtesy of the US.

There have been several acknowledged reigns of relative peace imposed by strong nations: a Pax Romana for two hundred years (1st and 2nd centuries AD), the relatively short-lived Pax Britannica after the defeat of Napoleon, and a Pax Americana after World War II.

GOD has used the power of the United States to keep a lid on the world's tyrants for sixty years. Under a weak President, the pot is starting to boil again and the lid just may come off.

The Father Of Lies

The following is a video clip from Muslim TV. I found it over to GNN.

It is a stunningly vile example of Islam's irrational hatred for Israel and the depth to which their hatred permeates their culture and is feverishly transmitted to the next generation.

It evokes a particularly visceral reaction in me because I have children and grandchildren that I love very dearly. I have never witnessed anything like similar to the systematic transmission of evil from one generation to another as I see in these Muslim videos.

Oh, wait a minute. What was I thinking? I have seen this before; in this list of infamy produced by demons masquerading as humans. Satan is the father of lies. This foul spirit is the instigator of the lies, such as the one where Jews make their matzoh bread from the bones of children, that nourish such hatred.

I cannot imagine how anyone can hate so much that they would coldly sacrifice their children to the destruction of others. Would you under any imaginable circumstances dress your seven year old daughter in a mini suicide vest and have her scream death threats? These cowards do this to children because children, as well as idiots and fools, are malleable. Their wills can be shaped by ruthless men, in truth, Godless men.

And yet the major news outlets refuse to expose this filth for what it is. Out right lies designed to promote the destruction of a nation. The entertainment industry will portray Christian believers and pastors as idiots, sex-addled buffoons, perverts and sadistic clowns, but refuse to educate the American people about the simmering cultural cesspool that is Islamic fundamentalism. Worse than a cesspool, it is a tinderbox waiting again to explode with murderous intent against Israel.

Assisted by her Muslim enablers such as Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia, Palestine has uncorked the genie several times since 1967 only to have the genie crammed back down their throats by a powerful IDF. How much longer can Israel stand on her own now that our current Clown-in-Chief is bowing to arab princes?

About That Hole

It appears that Israel may have used its incursion into Syria to rmove a potential nuclear threat. From the Times On Line:

Israelis ‘blew apart Syrian nuclear cache’
Secret raid on Korean shipment crossed the Syrian coast-line.

It was just after midnight when the 69th Squadron of Israeli F15Is crossed the Syrian coast-line. On the ground, Syria’s formidable air defences went dead. An audacious raid on a Syrian target 50 miles from the Iraqi border was under way.

At a rendezvous point on the ground, a Shaldag air force commando team was waiting to direct their laser beams at the target for the approaching jets. The team had arrived a day earlier, taking up position near a large underground depot. Soon the bunkers were in flames. Ten days after the jets reached home, their mission was the focus of intense speculation this weekend amid claims that Israel believed it had destroyed a cache of nuclear materials from North Korea.

Holy Nuclear Cache Batman! Mebbe the Syrians stumbled across a natural radioactive formation that "evolved" into an arms bunker?

It took over a week but we're now starting to get more information about the nature of Israeli's attack. The Israelis are still pretty much mum on this but other sources are shaking loose.

The Israeli government was not saying. “The security sources and IDF [Israeli Defence Forces] soldiers are demonstrating unusual courage,” said Ehud Olmert, the prime minister. “We naturally cannot always show the public our cards.”

Just show us the smoke and debris. Oh, and the hole, we gotta see the hole.

The Syrians were also keeping mum. “I cannot reveal the details,” said Farouk al-Sharaa, the vice-president. “All I can say is the military and political echelon is looking into a series of responses as we speak. Results are forthcoming.” The official story that the target comprised weapons destined for Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed Lebanese Shi’ite group, appeared to be crumbling in the face of widespread scepticism.

The official story isn't the only thing that crumbled in Syria; let's not forget about the hole. But don't fret about the Syrians. They will take drastic action as soon as they change trou and break out the Combat Depends.

Andrew Semmel, a senior US State Department official, said Syria might have obtained nuclear equipment from “secret suppliers”, and added that there were a “number of foreign technicians” in the country.

I'll take "Secret North Korean Suppliers" for $200, Alex. You have to wonder about the Syrians. They never seem to learn. Did they really think the Isrealis wouldn't find out what they were doing?

According to Israeli sources, preparations for the attack had been going on since late spring, when Meir Dagan, the head of Mossad, presented Olmert with evidence that Syria was seeking to buy a nuclear device from North Korea.

The Israeli spy chief apparently feared such a device could eventually be installed on North-Korean-made Scud-C missiles.

“This was supposed to be a devastating Syrian surprise for Israel,” said an Israeli source. “We’ve known for a long time that Syria has deadly chemical warheads on its Scuds, but Israel can’t live with a nuclear warhead.”

Gauging by the smouldering debris and body parts, it appears that Israel isn't going to allow Syria to live with one either.

An expert on the Middle East, who has spoken to Israeli participants in the raid, told yesterday’s Washington Post that the timing of the raid on September 6 appeared to be linked to the arrival three days earlier of a ship carrying North Korean material labelled as cement but suspected of concealing nuclear equipment.

Oh drat! North Korea's kill-the-jooooos-glow-in-the-dark-cement discount coupon expired last week. Gotta check the Sunday paper for more...

The target was identified as a northern Syrian facility that purported to be an agricultural research centre on the Euphrates river. Israel had been monitoring it for some time, concerned that it was being used to extract uranium from phosphates.

This must be the Syrian NukraGrow facility where they cultivated the hundred pound garbanzo beans. It took a falafel the size of the Meadowlands to get rid of them.

According to an Israeli air force source, the Israeli satellite Ofek 7, launched in June, was diverted from Iran to Syria. It sent out high-quality images of a northeastern area every 90 minutes, making it easy for air force specialists to spot the facility.

I wonder if the anti-aircraft positions around the falafel factory gave them away?

More Holes Are Needed

As Israeli jets flew their sorties over the ass end of Syria, the pilots spotted something:

Israel believes that North Korea has been supplying Syria and Iran with nuclear materials, a Washington defense official told the New York Times. “The Israelis think North Korea is selling to Iran and Syria what little they have left,” he said.

The official added that recent Israeli reconnaissance flights over Syria revealed possible nuclear installations that Israeli officials estimate might have been supplied with material from North Korea.

There's another hole in the ground we neglected to plant. That insane poofy-haired Pyongyangbanger can't keep his a-tomic toys anymore so he's turned into a Johnny Alpha Particle Seed spreading his poisonous nuclear garbage throughout Asia - Satan's Garage Sale for Islamo-fascist Moon god worshippers.

Meanwhile on Wednesday the Nazareth-based Israeli Arab newspaper The Assennara cited anonymous Israeli sources as saying that Israeli jets "bombed a Syrian-Iranian missile base in northern Syria that was financed by Iran... It appears that the base was completely destroyed."

There's a lot of holes that need to be planted in Iran too. Great, big, huge, gaping holes.

According to the Times, American officials confirmed Tuesday that Israeli jets launched an airstrike inside Syria. Sources said that Israel struck at least one target in northeastern Syria, but could not provide more details.

The most likely target was, according to some administration officials, weapon caches sent by Iran to Hizbullah through Syria. North Korea commented on the incident Tuesday, calling it a "dangerous provocation", Chinese News Agency Xinhua reported on Tuesday.

Over the past forty years, Syria has had to be periodically reminded that it is dangerous to provoke Israel. Now a new provocation is planned, a nuclear threat in addition to Iran.

I smell Chinese manipulation behind all this. South Korea won't lift its leg to take a leak in the bushes without China signing off on the damage to the shrubs. Keeping the Middle East in a state of uneasy flux distracts the US and diverts our attention from other areas. I'm wondering what those areas are. The Chinese are not our friends.

Just A Big Hole In The Ground

I'm glad to see the Israelis are still minding the store. From the Jerusalem Post:

The Israel Air Force jets that allegedly infiltrated Syrian airspace early last Thursday apparently bombed an Iranian arms shipment that was being transferred to Hizbullah, CNN reported Tuesday.

[...] CNN said the operation involved ground forces and that the aerial strike left "a great hole in the desert." Although it did not name a specific source, the network cited "US government officials." The jets have been identified by the Turkish authorities as IAF F15Is, Israel's long-range bomber, after fuel tanks were found in Turkish territory.

The CNN report said the IAF's targets were likely weaponry delivered to Syria that was possibly intended for use by Hizbullah.

A big hole in the ground is what should be planted in a lot of mid eastern real estate. The Irani Parliment and military installations come to mind.

CNN's chief international correspondent, Christiane Amanpour, delivered the report and quoted sources saying that Israel was "very happy" with the results of the operation.

Which probably made Ms.Amanpour very unhappy indeed.

Damascus complained to the United Nations about an "aggression and violation of sovereignty," saying Israeli warplanes dropped "military munitions" in Syria, the country's ambassador to the UN said Tuesday.

Is this the same United Nations that ignored Sadams violations for twelve years? Let's see how long before the cries of condemnation erupt from Turtle Bay. Syria has been a conduit for Irani weapons for decades. These weapons then violate Israeli air space, chest space, head space, kidney space, torso space, kindergarten space ....

A US military official described the Israeli incursion as an air strike "deep into Syria" that succeeded in hitting a target. The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because it was an intelligence issue, said he did not know what that target was.

S'okay. Just another hole in the ground now anyway. Hopefully surrounded by body parts.

Syria has called the incursion a "hostile act," but has been largely silent on the details of what happened. Israeli officials have refused to comment.

Now why would that be? Hard to spin it that the evil Jooooos again bombed a baby formula/organic cookie/happy happy joy joy granola factory out in the middle of Shiitehole Basin, Syria.

During the Second Lebanon War, the IDF discovered a wide range of antitank missiles and short-range rockets being used by Hizbullah that had originated in Syria. Several Iranian-made missiles were also in Hizbullah hands before the war, but these were mostly destroyed by the IDF before being fired at Israel.

That would have been enough for me to turn all of Syria into a giant hole.

Over the upcoming holidays, the IDF will continue to maintain a high level of alert along the Syrian border amid fears that Damascus will respond to the alleged flyover. Defense officials said earlier this week that tensions between the countries had begun to subside, but that there was a need to maintain a high alert "just in case."

Hopefully that high level of alert includes a high level of high explosives "just in case."

Rotten Bastards

As we see the world depart further and further from standards of deceny, we can expect to see more of this.

JERUSALEM - In a case that would seem unthinkable in the Jewish state, police said Sunday they have cracked a cell of young Israeli neo-Nazis accused in a string of attacks on foreign workers, religious Jews, drug addicts and gays.

Eight immigrants from the former Soviet Union have been arrested in recent days
in connection with at least 15 attacks, and a ninth fled the country, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said, in the first such known cell to be discovered in
Israel.

Makes you want to take a deep breath, firm up the sight picture, let it out nice and slow while squeeeeezing the trigger, don't it?

All the suspects are in their late teens or early 20s and have Israeli citizenship, Rosenfeld said.

[...]The gang documented its activities on film and in photographs. Israeli TV stations showed grainy footage of people lying helpless on floors while several people kicked them, and of a man getting hit from behind on the head with an empty bottle.

Police found knives, spiked balls, explosives and other weapons in the suspects' possession, Rosenfeld said. One photo that was seized showed one suspect holding an M16 rifle in one hand and in the other, a sign reading "Heil Hitler," he added.

What in the bloody blazes is the deal with Hitler? The madman ruined one continent and half of another, slaughtered millions upon millions of noncombatants and brain washed an entire generation that we're still dealing with. The only thing fascinating about this man's life was the collection of blood thirsty psychopaths revolving around him like shit satellites orbiting around an insane moon and how the Wehrmacht general staff managed not to kill his worthless ass for six years.

Police discovered the skinhead ring after investigating the desecration of two synagogues that were sprayed with swastikas in the central Israeli city of Petah Tikva more than a year ago, Rosenfeld said.

Police computer experts have determined they maintained contacts with neo-Nazi groups abroad, and materials seized include a German-language video about neo-Nazis in the U.S.

The group planned its attacks, and its targets were foreign workers from Asia, drug addicts, homosexuals, punks and Jews who wore skullcaps. In one case they discussed planning a murder, Rosenfeld said, without providing details.

That these neo-nazis are Russian immigrants should come as no surprise; they could have spawned from within any nation on the planet. Law enforcement officials have to keep an eye on the pulse of anti-semitism - Satan is alive and well and his lies are doing pretty well also.

HOME!

My daughter is finally coming home after almost a year in Cairo, Egypt. Her mama and I are beside ourselves waiting for her. She was going to take another linguistics course this summer and come home at the end of July, but decided that enough is enough. She is homesick and she's bailing out of MohammedWorld and hightailing it back to the States. Her plane arrives tomorrow.

I think the tipping point came when her sister visited her last week in Tel Aviv. Her sister has been to the Middle East TWICE this year to visit her ; once in Cairo this past January and again last week when they vacationed in Israel for ten days. And they talked about her coming home sooner than she had planned.

Israel was such a relief after the stench, pollution and rude arabs of Cairo; both girls enjoyed themselves enormously touring the Holy Land via the inexpensive hostels. The people were friendly, although just a few did not like Americans, but hey, deal with it. And Israel is a garden compared to the lands around it.

Last Friday after dropping her sister off at Tel Aviv, she returned to Cairo by way of an eleven hour bus ride. She decided on the way back that she was going to change her return ticket asap so she could leave the dust of the Pharoahs behind her. And she did. Tomorrow she'll be home with us.

It's like a giant weight off my chest.

She wants, in the following order, her mom's pasta and sauce, meatballs, pork sausage, pork chops, pork tenderloin and babyback ribs.

We're gonna have the Mother of all BBQ's in her honor.

We're gonna call it Death By Pork.

Mohammed al-Limpnoodle's Lament

I caught this post over to My Vast Right Wing Conspiracy and had to read it twice. It appears that post bellum erectile dysfunction has plagued the Middle East since the triumph of the IDF in 1967. This cycle of defeat was responsible for initiating a cycle of soft meat and no sex, otherwise known as the Infi-nada.

Egyptian columnist Wael Abdel Fattah wrote in the independent weekly Al-Fagr newspaper that Arabs blame the defeat for “everything” — from “price hikes, dictatorship, religious extremism, sectarian strife, even sexual impotence.”

Now I can't help with the military side of this problem, but there is certainly a lot of help available for the other side. Here is just a brief offering of products and services for the vertically challenged:

Nazi Catholic Bishops

From the Arutz Sheva, Israel National News.
A group of German bishops visited Israel and the "occupied territories" and expressed dismay at the fortifications and check-points that separate Jews from murderers. They didn't put it quite like that, though. In fact, they offered their piety and pity to terrorists who must climb fences and pass through check-points before they can detonate themselves along with Jewish men, women and children.
Ya gotta wonder if these guys aren't crackheads impersonating priests. Maybe thay can volunteer strapping the explosive gear around the chests of terrorists and giving them rides to the checkpoints. Or perhaps they'd like to strap on a one-way ticket to Allah themselves?

One bishop compared those obstacles to the Berlin Wall. Another referred to Ramallah as the Warsaw Ghetto.

No mention, from these bishops, about the thousands of Palestinian Arab suicide bombers who made these barriers necessary. No mention that those barriers have saved countless Jewish lives. Jewish life has never been high on the German agenda. Likewise, nothing from these bishops about Arab school books that teach hatred of Jews and, yes, even Christians.

If you want a gander at some Palestinian "educational material" look at this, or look at Palestinian kids "playing" at beheading someone. The Berlin Wall was built to keep an enslaved population in. The Israeli security wall is being built to keep murderous Palestinians out.

As reported in the UK Telegraph: "Bishop Gregor Maria Franz Hanke said he planned to amend this year's Easter message to German churches to include the delegation's impressions and to demand a change to the situation." Translation: "Hitler didn't finish the job."

The bishops, 27 of them on this tour, were evidently nostalgic for the good old days, when it was "Springtime for Hitler," and Jews throughout Europe had no choice but to submit for the cattle cars and crematoriums. These days, the Jews have a nation and an army. These days, the Jews can actually defend themselves.

And they'd better. No one defended them during the Holocaust and no one will now. I very much doubt the US would step in if Israel were attacked again.
We can only imagine the frustration of these bishops, who had no Gestapo to call upon to solve the Jewish Question over in Israel. Everywhere they looked - Ach Gott! - Jewish soldiers!
Remember to send the IDF a pizza.
Hmmmmmmmmmm. Pizza!
I can't have any. I'm on a diet.
