While browsing through Vince Aut Morire, I saw this little toothsome tidbit. Allegedly he bit a Nebraska State Trooper last February and managed to escape. He was apprehended on April 17th and tried to escape again.Wrong.
He looks like a recent graduate of the nationally accredited Police Etiquette 101 course offered for free by most law enforcement agencies throughout the country. It is a pass/fail course and class participants will be tested.
It is strongly recommended that you pass the first time.
