Educational Stumulus Package

Looking for love in all the wrong places doesn't even begin to touch this. This middle school kid could probably get a job as an air traffic controller or a Fed Ex sheduling agent.

Two Bountiful Jr. High teachers accused of sex with same student

Two Bountiful Junior High School teachers are accused of sexually assaulting the same 13-year-old student, after their separate relationships with him spiraled from personal conversations to the exchange of sexual text messages and phone sex, authorities said.

On Friday, the Davis County Attorney's Office filed first-degree felony charges of rape and sodomy on a child against Linda R. Nef, 46, and Valynne Bowers, 39.
Nef, a Utah studies teacher and cheerleading adviser, and Bowers, who teaches math, each confessed to having sex with the student, said Bountiful Police Lt. Randy Pickett. Until recently, the two teachers did not know about each other's relationship with the same boy, [emphaisis mine ~Sig94] Pickett said.

One of these teachers, Nef -on the left, was screwing the kid since he was twelve.

Much, much closer to home, a probationary science teacher in my school district was arrested last Friday for having a relationship with a 16 year old high school junior.

Kolbee R. Kearns, 24, of 178 Sunhill Terrace, Syracuse, was charged with rape in the third degree and criminal sex act, both felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

The charges followed an investigation by the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office Abused Persons Unit that began Feb. 26 after the unit was contacted by school officials about a teacher's inappropriate activity with a Solvay High School student.

Kearns established a relationship with the girl in January and February, the sheriff's office says. The two engaged in sexual contact on several occasions in the city of Syracuse, said Sgt. John D'Eredita, speaking for the sheriff's office. There
appears to have been no sexual activity occurring on the school grounds, D'Eredita said.

Kearns resigned his teaching position on Monday, deputies said. Kearns is expected to be arraigned Saturday morning in City of Syracuse Criminal Court.

Kearns looks no older than 16 himself.

Apparently teachers like to give themselves stimulus packages also.

Idiots.
