Gunga Dan Gets Dissed-Missed

Dan Rather's seventy million dollar lawsuit against ceeBS has been trashed by the NYS Supreme Court. They wouldn't buy into Rather's premise that the lawsuit was so good that it had to be true. Rather will appeal the decision based on a Word Perfect document faxed to him in 1861.
