This is the goal of the Democratic Party - Obama envisions a nation of upper and lower classes: a lower class of morons whose vision is limited to what they feel the government can give them; and an upper class of elites who use the lower class as an experimental lab rat for their socialist policies. This woman; Peggy Joseph, is excited because she feels that she is no longer personally responsible for her own judgement and performance in the market place. She is now free to make the same mistakes over and over and over again without fear of penalty. Free at last, free at least. Thank God she's free at last.
The entitlement mind set so inelegantly posited by this woman has been carefully nurtured since the War OnTaxpayers Poverty was initiated during the Lyndon Johnson years. The corrupt Johnson administration couldn't bear to bomb Hanoi and reduce it to rubble, thus bringing the commies to their knees; but he did find the taxpayers' wallets as a secondary Target of Opportunity and started bombing the bloody s-s-snot out of that. With only a modest abatement during the Reagan administration, this attack has continued non-stop ever since.
Obama promises an even greater fiscal onslaught with Operation ChangeyHope lurking behind the curtains until after his coronation. Once the Crown of Compassion is firmly ensconced upon his noble brow, his administration will unleash a full furied frontal assault upon the American middle class.
