This rubble lined crater is all that is left of the house where Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was hiding with his accomplices. Dogged American intelligence gathering and military prowess produced this end to a loathsome enemy.
There is no substitution for the finality of death. He is capable of no further evil.
Saddam should have met the same fate in his spider hole... courtesy of the business end of a M16. The circus trial that is unfolding will hopefully end soon with Saddam joining al-Zarqawi in a dirt bath.
